My Experience…

I am a Registered General Nurse with over 16 years’ experience working in the NHS. I have worked in Critical & Cardiac Care, Emergency Dept, Care of the Elderly, General Surgery. I worked on a management level as a Charge Nurse on Coronary Care Unit. I was involved in the management of staff and arranging their training and development needs. I developed good patient assessment skills whilst working in A&E, planning, implementing and evaluating holistic care of critically ill and non-critically ill patients including care of the elderly I have Knowledge and experience of the care industry and I am able to share this knowledge and expertise with other team members.

I am compassionate about caring for people in the comfort of their ownhome and the way the care is delivered My role in the business has always been to look at it strategically with Del, so I know what direction it is going in and can constantly improve the services we offer. My passion is to ensure that we maintain a good reputation by constantly delivering high-quality care service.

I am very passionate about my work and take a great deal of pride in helping to make a difference in other people’s lives and wellbeing, which I find personally fulfilling.

My Experience….

I have worked in NHS hospitals for more than 15 years covering various wards, including emergency admissions unit, surgical admissions unit, elderly care, stroke wards and palliative care wards to name a few. I have also worked with the District
Nursing Service for 4 years, managing a caseload of patients in the community and working alongside the GP, social services and safeguarding teams. Working in community with the district nursing service gave we understanding of how care is delivered in the comfort of someone’s own home.

I have extensive experience in managing a domiciliary care agency. I have previously supported management of care in the community to care providers in Fareham, Portsmouth. It is through this knowledge and experience I gained, that inspired me into opening a domiciliary care business. I am a strong believer in providing care to people in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to achieve optimum quality of life. I strongly believe through our hard work, dedication and commitment we can provide a service that our staff and community will be proud of.


I am a caring and compassionate person and always put the care of the clients first at the heart of the care we provide. Some of my most rewarding experiences have come from working with clients, understanding their needs and then providing them with the solutions they needed.
